The outdoor fireplace, made from river rock, is accented with a stone carving from a European church, found at a flea market. The coffee table from Oasis Furniture is made of recycled wood. The Adirondack chairs were left behind by the former owners of the house.

Los Angeles Kitchen by Hillary and Robbin Hayne
Robbin and Hillary Hayne designed the generous dining table, made of 12-foot-long walnut planks. The vintage chrome chairs are upholstered in Brazilian cowhide. Hillary wasn't concerned about matching the pendant lights. All three are vintage finds. The two that look similar were made from old Pasadena streetlights.

A Viking 48-inch commercial-depth range — with six burners, two ovens, and a griddle/simmer plate — stands inside a niche made of Castle Rock hard sandstone.
